MTN has added the new number series 0813 to their existing number series: 0803, 0806, 0703 and 0706. The addition makes MTN the first telecommunication provider to go move from 080 to 081.

am very glade for the new improvement which the best connection has aded. but i want to no how we the users can make use of it,is it not made for old users.
