By joining ngBot mobile - either by registering as a user or using the site in any form, you approve acceptance to the following terms of service. ngBot reserves the right to make changes to the site as well as these terms of service with or without prior notification. It also reserves the right to remove at any time any member found to go against the Terms of service or use the service inappropriately and in extreme cases report any unscrupulous and malicious act to respective authorities.

Do note that the use of any 'his' or 'he' here refers as well to both genders and that all part of this terms is liable to review.

ngBot mobile offers mobile articles, news, downloads (games, apps, pictures, themes, sound, videos) and many more all for free. Here, it is a world of sharing. Items can be uploaded to the public gallery for others to download, questions and ideas shared via the forum, articles, tips and hacks can as well be submitted for publish under the repective sections. While no form of registeration is required for parts of the site, it is required for others. Registeration is however free and takes less just a couple of seconds.

Each registered member have access to all parts of the site as well as a SMS/MMS gateway through which they can send SMS and MMS at a token charge. They also have exclusive accounts where they can bookmark their favorite items (sms, games, apps etc), as well as upload items to later download to their phone either through MMS, wap or even PC. The maximum allowed daily download bandwidth is 10MB. For more (up to 200MB daily download bandwidth), a premium subscription is required.

As a member of the ngBot portal, your id (called your ngBot ID) and password is readily available for use on this site, as well as all other sites of the ngBot portal. If joining ngBot for the first time, you will need to register for a username and password before completing the mobile registration.

This site allows users send custom sms to mobile phones. Part of the flexibility offered alongside this is allowing users specify the name or number the sms will be sent as, called sender ID. We are aware of the possibilty of users to want to use this flexibility for impersonation/spamming purpose and we frown at such. We therefore heavily monitor sender id used across the network. If any spam/impersonating activity is detected, such user will be propmtly banned from the site and reported to appropraite authorities. One more note is that the sender id is restricted to a maximum of 11 alphanumeric characters.

One of our top priorites is making sure the information we have about you is secured and safe. In exception of external confidential information like account details used to import users' address book, we store AND REVIEW all other necessary information about users as needed for the site, as well as information shared between users and generated from the site. These information ranges from profile info, pictures, contact numbers, intramails, posts, sms, e.t.c. and so are not confidential to the site administrators. We do not however in whatever way store users' login information to third party sites that are used on the site like IDs and passwords used to import addresses. They are solely used on the site for connection to the respective third party site and are not stored in whatever way afterwards.

We also do not share information that we have about you with anyone, not even our messaging gateways, except with member ngBot portal sites or in response to subpoenas or for other legal reasons. The law permits us to share information about our current and former users with government agencies or authorized third parties under certain circumstances. All rights that could be considered infringement to user privacy are however well respected.

• Each member profile, as throughout the portal, is available for view to anybody. Confidential information like date of birth and age, email and phone number can however be set hidden to everyone.
• The site may send freebies and notification messages about changes in service or upgrades via email or sms.
• Though the site does not share member phone numbers with third party sites, the site may use it to send ads in their respect.
